Писал неделю назад, туда где выдавали им лицензию, мне прислали ответ:

Dear xxxx,

Thank you for getting in touch with us.

We contacted Parimatch representatives about your complaint below. They responded as follows: “We do not hold player's money in any way. Player in question made a deposit to Pari-Match Poker at the rate of 3150 Belorussian Rubles to 1 USD. After that was default situation in Belorussia, so the rate became 8600 Belorussian Rubles to 1 USD. Player may withdraw the money at any time at the rate of his deposit 3150 Belorussian Rubles to 1 USD. We have the same rate for deposits and for withdrawals. We do not speculate with rates but some dishonest players try to cheat us.”

Please provide us with your reaction to the statement above and let us know if this has resolved your complaint or not. If not, then please explain why and provide us with proof of your withdrawal request(s) and any relevant (e-mail) messages you may have exchanged with Parimatch representatives.

Вот думаю писать им всю правду, стоит этого или нет?
И что именно писать, может кто-то составит письмо? Я представляю содержание моего письма, думаю как минимум 4 листа А4 формата, со всеми скриншотами, когда и сколько я депозитил , против кого выиграл, и сколько, как мой оппонент депозитил деньги, и т.д. Письмо будет очень большим, сразу можно в айпокер его тоже направлять, т.к они. хоть на регов высоких лимитов не должны забивать.

Не ужели никому не отвечали?

на какой адрес написано данное письмо.. нужно их завалить такими письмами, что бы они реально начали долбить ПМ

To whom it may concern,
I represent Belarusian community of poker players on Parimatch.com. There's an issue I'd like to report. Right now there's a huge economic crisis in Belarus, due to the devaluation of the Belarusian ruble the exchange rate increased from 3100 to 8800 Belarusian rubles for $1.

Parimatch (which is a part of IPoker network) is one of the most popular poker rooms in Belarus. The way people work on it was as follows.

A player created an account on parimatch.com in Belarusian rubles, later on deposited rubles to this account via a bookmaker agency which is a partner of Parimatch. Then a player could transfer the funds to the poker room's account via poker room's client. At that moment Belarusian rubles were converted to the U.S. dollars. Cashing out was a reverse process, in order to do so players had to cash out USD via the poker room's client, the money were converted to rubles and got to the parimatch's account. After that a player could take the money at the Bookmaker agency he had previously made the first deposit.

Regarding the devaluation stated above, although the official exchange rate is 8800 , funds players cash out from the Parimatch are converted at the rate of 3150! Which means we lose the money we cash out.

However, this occurred in the past. 2 years ago there was a devaluation in Belarus. For a few days people could deposit rubles at the old rate and cash out at the new one which was 20% higher. The outrageous things is that Parimatch doesn't seem to do anything about it, the company doesn't want to comment the situation while players keep losing half of their funds. Eventually, parimatch is being extremely unprofessional, they could at least allow cash out the funds at the official rate , apparently we're can receive our money at the rate which is more than 190% lower than the real one.
I would appreciate greatly if you could make a closer study of the situtation and do something about it. Thank you for your time.

Только ты забыл в письме указать, что контора уже более полугода не позволяет делать депозиты вообще, то есть они не принимают средства по курсу 3150.

Сегодня вывел все свои бабки через кассы по 3150. Деньги отдали. За месяц с новыми условиями отыграю.

Нет никаких "новых условий". Opium_for_me попросту сменил рум.

вывел 4000, ушёл на другой рум. Новые условия, я имел ввиду более выгодные проценты в отличии от тех что были раньше.
