Только что пришло письмо от Full Tilt Poker.
Информируют об открытии счета, ни извинений, ни объяснения причин, по которым счет был закрыт и открыт заново. ------------------------------------------------------------ ------- Hello Jegors, Thank you for your email. This is to confirm that your account has been reopened at this time; you will now be able to login and play as usual. Furthermore, when you login, you will see that all your account information and balances have remained intact. Thank you for your cooperation in clearing up this situation; should you require assistance or have questions in the future, please don't hesitate to ask us. We thank you for your patience and your patronage, and wish you best of luck at the tables. Regards, Kenji Team Full Tilt ------------------------------------------------------------ Ниже публикую одно из сообщений по поводу данного случая: Personally, IMO, regardless of "original cause", a CS representative at any poker site can't just reply to a client's email with comments such as: (caps added for emphasis) "....We do not tolerate fraudulent behavior. Your business is NO LONGER WELCOME at Full Tilt Poker." "...your account has been CONFIRMED to be involved in FRAUDULENT activity. Your Full Tilt Poker account will remain PERMANTENTLY CLOSED. Please understand that we may NOT RESPOND to future emails regarding this issue." Then, to top it off, without any apparent explanation by Full Tilt on *WHY* this particular client's account was initially closed, nor *WHY* they chose to re-open the account, they just informed that the account is active again as if nothing happened. Amazing. "...to confirm that your account has been REOPENED at this time.....Thank you for your COOPERATION in CLEARING up this situation...." Either a CS representative at Full Tilt saw this forum or was pointed to this forum... in either case, if Full Tilt want to keep business, they have to explain this horrible communication on their part... or we here at 2p2 can "assume it could happen to any of us at any time" which they wouldn't want us to think that way.... * CalvinTy |

Прежде всего, не было абсолютно никаких причин закрывать счет.
Скорее всего сработала система безопастности, обнаружившая что с одного адреса заходили на разные счета. При том распротранении Wi-Fi что есть у нас, это совершенно обычное явление. В любом случае, стиль общения службы поддержки этого сайта неприемлимый. Закрытие счета без объяснения причин, надуманное обвинение в мошеничестве (презумция виновности), отказ в общении, а затем, как ни в чем небывало - ваш счет открыт, удачи за нашими столами! При этом ни извинений, ни объяснения причин закрытия и открытия счета. Неужели подобное - норма? |
