Подскажите плиз, Fist-pay.com предлагают свою карту Виза, но я так понял по ней можно покупать товары, на нее выводить деньги из румов, а можно ли по ней (предлагают за 10 баксов прислать реальную карту) снимать наличку? Если можно то за сколько? Спасибо. Вот их правила, только у меня английский не очень [Зарегистрироваться?]

The initial load funds are always sent directly to your Globe Wallet Card account at [Зарегистрироваться?]. To make a deposit to a merchant all you have to do is log into your merchant's site enter the cashier and follow the site's deposit instructions. You will be prompted to enter your wallet information (which would be your WalletID and password). Once you enter this information your funds are sent to the merchant automatically so that you do not have to attempt a manual load. This enables you to deposit or withdraw to the merchant with ease.



When you have finished using a merchant you simply withdraw at the merchant site following your merchant's withdrawal instructions and your funds are automatically sent back to the wallet. As your funds are in the wallet you can decide whether you wish to use your funds at another one of the merchants or you prefer to withdraw back to your globe wallet card. To withdraw back to the card holder you log into the wallet at [Зарегистрироваться?] click "wallet management" then select "withdraw". You will then be prompted to enter the dollar amount you are transferring from the wallet to your globe electron card. Remember that there is a 1.75 withdrawal fee associated with each withdrawal so this should be subtracted from the amount if you are withdrawing the entire wallet balance to your default globe visa electron card. Once you withdraw in the wallet the funds go to the Globe Wallet Electron Visa card and are visible at the card holder [Зарегистрироваться?] where you can have access via the ATM or make purchases online.



The First-pay Globe Wallet Visa card functions like a debit card in that the account must be funded in order for you to make purchases. At this time we are not able to transfer funds directly to a chequeing account or personal credit card although we are working on providing this option in the near future. We are authorized to transfer funds to the visa electron card as a withdrawal option and from the card to the wallet for merchant purchases at this time. Please be advised that this is why the option to withdraw to card has the Globe Wallet card as the default option.

Если правильно понял можно снимать в банкомате, за 1.75$? (+ наверно еще комиссия банка чей АТМ)

Увы, при регистрации в фестпай, их система отказалась брать сберовскую визу - We encountered an error while processing your form: Card Transaction Denied

не знаю не одного рума , который принимал бы этот first pay

Может я чего недопонимаю, но по-моему румы будут принимать не фестпэй систему, а Визу эмитированную этой самой системой, а если рум выводит на визу (например Пати) и будет выводить на визу фэстпея, то будет анонимность получателя денюжки (на пати это актуально после кончины епаса), ну и к другим румам это тоже относится. Фэстпей судя по-всему кушает Россию (есть для выбора), но сберовская Виза не проходит (думаю по тем же причинам что и в букерсах для депозита) Выберу время, открою визу ВТБ24 и попробую эту схему...
