В предыдущим посте упомянул о проблемах с этим сайтом.
Здесь решил опубликовать переписку по моему личному счету. Как можно видеть, ответы покер-рума не конструктивны. Кратко, переписку можно пересказать таким образмо: - Что с моим счетом, не могу попасть? - Ваш счет закрыт как мошенеческий. Валите от сюда. - Не представляю о чем говорите. Какие из моих действий мошенические? - Извините за задержку с ответом. Мы отправили ваш запрос в соответствующий отдел, он исследует ваш счет и ответит так быстро, как сможет. А вообще, мы завалены сейчас письмами. ... проходит 2 недели - ответа нет ... - До сих пор не получил ответа касательно моего запроса. Если у вашей компании есть факты нелегального использования моего счета, прошу немедленно связаться со мной по тел. ХХХХХХХ или предеоставить контакную информацию вашей службы безопастности. - К сожалению подтверждаем, что ваш счет вовлечен в мошеническую деятельность и не может быть открыт. На будущие письма по этому вопросу отвечать не будем. ........... После этого письма был запрос на предоставление списка транзакций по моему счету и контакной информации их компании. По обоим письмам пришли стандартные ответы что никакая информация мне не может быть представленна в связи с тем, что мой счет является мошеническим. Сообощи всем на всех популярных форумах. Я уверен, что никто из любителей покера не захочет рисковать. Спасибо тебе огромное, я на этом сайте никогда играть не буду.

Только что пришло письмо от Full Tilt Poker.
Информируют об открытии счета, ни извинений, ни объяснения причин, по которым счет был закрыт и открыт заново. ------------------------------------------------------------ ------- Hello Jegors, Thank you for your email. Regards, Kenji Team Full Tilt ------------------------------------------------------------ Ниже публикую одно из сообщений по поводу данного случая: Personally, IMO, regardless of "original cause", a CS representative at any poker site can't just reply to a client's email with comments such as: (caps added for emphasis) "....We do not tolerate fraudulent behavior. Your business is NO LONGER WELCOME at Full Tilt Poker." "...your account has been CONFIRMED to be involved in FRAUDULENT activity. Your Full Tilt Poker account will remain PERMANTENTLY CLOSED. Please understand that we may NOT RESPOND to future emails regarding this issue." Then, to top it off, without any apparent explanation by Full Tilt on *WHY* this particular client's account was initially closed, nor *WHY* they chose to re-open the account, they just informed that the account is active again as if nothing happened. Amazing. "...to confirm that your account has been REOPENED at this time.....Thank you for your COOPERATION in CLEARING up this situation...." Either a CS representative at Full Tilt saw this forum or was pointed to this forum... in either case, if Full Tilt want to keep business, they have to explain this horrible communication on their part... or we here at 2p2 can "assume it could happen to any of us at any time" which they wouldn't want us to think that way.... * CalvinTy |
