Попытался зарегить свою USD визу на money bookers.
Выводит ошибку - transaction failed.

Написал в саапорт о проблеме, вот их ответ :

According to the error messages received from our credit card processor regarding your failed deposits your credit card issuer did not authorize your transactions to Moneybookers. Please note that we provide "gaming"/"e-stored value" codes in our debit requests. Some card issuers have restrictions on payments with such description.

Therefore, we would like to suggest that you contact your bank/credit card issuer in order to confirm the status of your credit card transactions - please provide your failed transactions full details [date and time of deposit attempt, amount of the deposit, requestor (Moneybookers)] so that the bank could check their records for these specific payments. Please also consider using another credit card with our service or bank wire transfer as an option to upload funds to your Moneybookers balance.

Просто деньги на мою креду упали позже, чем я её в mb попытался зарегить
