Despite a series of formidable obstacles, the KGC believe finalizing a well-considered process of distributing funds to players that will be fair for all account holders is near.

The KGC expects to issue a statement in the near future, providing the details of this process. Please understand that ongoing legal negotiations have restricted our ability to communicate publicly more frequently about these matters. We appreciate your patience during this difficult period. We will provide you with further information at an appropriate time in the near future.

Thank you for contacting the Kahnawake Gaming Commission. The Blanca (AbsolutePoker and UBpoker) file is presently being driven by the DoJ's office (SDNY). We understand it is probable the assets of Blanca (AbsolutePoker as weell as UB) will soon be fully forfeited to DoJ and will be liquidated. It is our understanding that proceeds will be distributed pro rata to those players who make a verified claim. We expect there will be an announcement from DoJ in this regard shortly.

I regret that we cannot be of further assistance in this matter.

For your information, I attach an Advisory Notice that is posted by the KGC on the Gaming Commission website.
At present the Commission has no information as to how players should make any claim. The general victim information number provided by the US Attorney in Manhattan is 1-866-874-8900. However we have since been advised this number only works for call made in th US. Our legal counsel has requested an international phone number which we will provide as soon as we receive.

I am sorry but at this time we do not have any other information concerning this matter.
