Начался FTOPS XVI в связи с чем вопрос - будем проводить соревнование аналогичное соревнованию в рамках miniFTOPS?
Если да то давайте определим правила:

- список турниров, которые войдут в зачет
- сумма ставки на общий зачет
- сумма ставки на отдельное соревнование
- и т.д.
