читаю на покерстарс раздел real-money/visadebit/ и возникли некоторые непонятки с переводом
Первая фраза
Registration for a new VISA Debit Card is currently unavailable as this program has reached capacity limits for issuing new cards. Please check back soon for an update on when registration for a new VISA Debit Card will be available. In the meantime, we suggest using ePassporte to fund your PokerStars account.
Пишут, что регистрация новой VISA Debit Card недоступна??
что имеется ввиду? что они временно не делают карты для игроков, или что в принципе теперь нельзя с помощью визы пополнить счет?
Далее идем на real-money/cashouts/ и читаем, в первом пункте что
CFT eligible VISA cards only только такие карты виза подходят.
А что такое CFT eligible?
нашел описание на сайте
"CFT Eligible VISA Cards
Cashouts back to VISA cards will be limited to cards eligible for Credit Fund Transfer (CFT). Most VISA cards issued by European and Canadian banks are CFT eligible. VISA cards issued by US banks are not eligible at the present time."
но чесно говоря вообще ничего не понял

Receiving Your Winnings
If your cashout exceeds the total amount you've deposited that PokerStars is able to redeem, or you've used a method of deposit not listed above, you will have the following options to receive your funds:
NETeller (not available in the US, Canada or Turkey)
VISA Debit Card or VISA (Visa is only available if you have made at least one purchase with a CFT eligible VISA and your cashout to VISA is from $100 to $2,000). Cashouts to VISA will be automatically converted by PokerStars from USD into the currency of the most recent CFT eligible VISA deposit.
Указано, что вроде как можно вывести на визу больше чем было заведено, в пределах суммы 100-2000$ за транзакцию. Правильно ли я понял? Но опять-таки пишут, что нужна CFT eligible VISA
